The ability to add multiple banquet tickets or specify numbers for the Sunday tours allows for the registrant to specify these things for people in his or her party that are not attending the formal Track 1 or Track 2 events or are attending as additional family members under the Track 2 family plan.

A dedicated hotel reservation link is provided on the conference website by the DoubleTree Hotel. Our conference website has also identified other hotels offering conference rates in the area that you may consider. The Useful Links portion of this EICC website provides a link to the Where to Stay Page of the CR Tourism website with links to other hotels in and near Cedar Rapids for those who wish to stay elsewhere for any reason. If DoubleTree rooms are filled and you cannot find a suitable option on the Where to Stay page of the CR Tourism website, please email us.

Regarding the Sunday Tours, the exact times have not been determined and there may be multiple opportunities including Sunday afternoon. It is unlikely you will be able to do all of the tours given travel, time for the tour and security clearance required for some of the tours. However, please sign up for the ones you would really like to attend and that way we will get a sense of the demand for each and that will help us plan.

Due to high demand and limited capacity we can not at this time guarantee you will be able to attend the tours on Sunday. Signing up expresses your interest but does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. We will give preference to those who are not local and try to arrange future dates for those who are local. We will post more information here as soon as it is available.
